These are small groups that meet during the year. They are based on grade level or gender, and are aimed at helping you grow stronger and deeper in your faith. They also strengthen your relationship with friends. Many people say that meeting with these small groups is the best part of their week! They can't wait 'til the next one.
SMALLS: A BIBLE STUDY
Beginning in March, we will meet on Monday nights from 7:00-8:30 in various homes around town. During Bible study, we will cover many issues of faith. We will launch into smaller groups to discuss the night's topic. In a smaller group, we are able to discuss things a little deeper and get to know everyone a little better. We are excited about our Monday night smalls, as we believe this ministry will fulfill our purpose to grow as disciples of Jesus Christ. The girls meet at 1023 High Grass Court, in the Crawford Creek subdivision, off Hereford Farm Road. The guys meet nearby at 403 Weyanoke Drive, in the Brandywine subdivision, off Hereford Farm Road. Come join us!
WEDNESDAY NIGHTS
Wednesday nights in the new year will be a great midweek time to get together as a group. We will begin this year by focusing on missions....different ways to serve others. Each night, we will have a Bible study or project focused on one of our many missions ministries. This year, we are also working out way through Shane Claiborne's book "the Irresistible Revolution." Shane was one of the speakers at DCLA. We hope you will join us for this chance to grow together in fellowship and put our faith into action!
